小樽ビールでは、イースターを祝う集いをLeibspeiseと小樽倉庫No.1で毎年春に開催しています。このイベントでは、4月1日の蔵出しの前に、一足早く皆さんに春の季節のビール、ヘレスをお楽しみいただいていますが、イースターを祝う小樽ビールのイベントは、もちろんこれだけでは終わりません！ラムのローストなど、ドイツやヨーロッパの春に欠かせないお料理をお楽しみいただくほか、イースターエッグを皆さんと一緒に作りたいと思います。
今回のイースターエッグ作りには、ドイツのようにゆで卵ではなく、白身と黄身を取り出した卵を使います。 絵の具をご用意いたしますので、皆さんの思い思いの傑作を卵の殻に描いてください！ 写真の卵は、これまでに作られたイースターエッグです。出来上がった作品は糸に通し、レンギョウの枝などに飾り付けます。
この楽しいイースターのイベントにご興味のある方は、是非Leibspeiseにお越しいただき、ヘレスやラム料理と共に、イースターエッグ作りを一緒に楽しみましょう！お子様にも楽しんでいただけるイベントですので、お子様連れも大歓迎です。スタートは19:00前後、終了は深夜12:00を予定しています。22:30までの飲み放題で大人1名さま1,800円、フードは別料金でお楽しみいただけます。

Otaru Beer Club March 22 (Fourth Friday) and March 29 (Fifth Friday)
Every year in April Otaru Beer celebrates Easter in both Leibspeise and Otaru Soko #1 by giving all our Guests the chance to be the first to taste our Helles Beer before it goes on Sale on April 1st. However, our celebration of the Easter season does not end there, we go on to prepare Spring Lamb Roast as well as other Spring dishes traditional in Germany and throughout Europe. On top of all that, we give everyone the chance to decorate Easter Eggs.
Just like in Germany, we do not use hard-boiled eggs, but fresh eggs from which we blow out the white and yolk. Once we have accomplished this feat, we supply everyone with paints to “Brush Up” their masterpieces! Take a look in the attached photo gallery to see some of the eggs that have been completed in years past. Once the eggs have been finished, we help our guests attache a string and then we usually hang the decorated egg on a flowering branch, sometimes a Forsythia, for all to enjoy throughout April.
If all of this sounds like a lot of fun, then come on down to Leibspeise and enjoy a night with us, Otaru Beer Helles, Spring Lamb and Easter Eggs! Bring your children as well for they are sure to enjoy the evening! The Beer Club starts at around 19:00 and finishes at Midnight! The evening costs ¥1,800 for adults which includes a nomihodai (All-You-Can-Drink) which ends at 22:30. All food items are available at a separate charge.
