2012年、Leibspeiseの忘年会コースが新しくなりました。忘年会コース中のソーセージの盛り合わせが、渦巻きソーセージプレートにバージョンアップ。 たっぷりのザワークラウトの上に、フライパンで美しく焼き上げた渦巻きソーセージをのせて、仕上げにドンケル風味のオニオングレービーソースをかけた、豪華な一品です。長さ約45cmの渦巻きソーセージは3人でシェアいただけるほどのボリュームですが、なんと今回は2名さまでお召し上がりいただきます！従来のパーティーメニューのソーセージの盛り合わせは、この1/3のボリュームでしたので、この新しい渦巻きソーセージにはご満足いただけること間違いありません！
この他に、4000円のバンベルグコースも新しくなります。これまでのオニオンリングに代えて、今年はほうれんそうチーズディップをお召し上がりいただきます。ローストチキンと渦巻きソーセージの間に、ブレッツェリンとほうれんそうチーズディップが奏でる間奏曲をお楽しみください。また、忘年会シーズンだけの特別メニューとして、デザートのアイスクリームにジンジャーブレッドクッキーを添えます。毎年この時期には、Leibspeiseでもジンジャーブレッドを使って、クリスマスツリーのオーナメントやお菓子の家を作りますが、今年はヨーロッパの伝統の味をお楽しみいただきます。

Bonenkai at Leibspeise
This year Leibspeise has renewed its Bonenkai course. Our sausage moriawase will be replaced with our sumptuous Coiled Sausage Plate. First we place a very generous portion of sauerkraut and then gently coil a beautifully pan-fried sausage around the sauerkraut and top with our own Dunkel-Onion Gravy. Guess what, at approximately 45cm in length, we have decided rather than making this a portion for three people that we will be serving this for two! Our old sausage plate for the party menu has about 1/3 less sausage! We know you will enjoy this very new and special dish!
Other changes will occur in our ¥4,000, Bamberg Course. Previously we served onion rings with our Bamberg course, however, this year we will replace this with our Hot Spinach Cheese Dip! Together with our Bretzeln Baum the Hot Spinach Cheese Dip will be a fabulous interlude between Roast Chicken and the Coiled Sausage. Finally, just for the Bonenkai Season, we are going to be adding a Gingerbread Cookie to our Ice Cream Dessert. Every year at Leibspeise during this season, we are making Gingerbread Ornaments for our Christmas tree as well as Gingerbread houses. We thought it would be a beautiful touch to add a bit of Europe to your end of the year party!
Leibspeise thinks you will be most happy to partake of our Bonenkai Party food this year! As always, we include a 2 hour Nomihodai with each of our two courses (Last order 30 minutes before).
